In Your Neighbourhood
Gerhard Hofland is pleased to announce the gallery’s first solo exhibition by Sebastian Dacey. The exhibition contains a series of 10 new paintings.
The intimate works of British-born Sebastian Dacey (1982 London) are located somewhere between abstraction and representation; richly coloured canvases that transmute early twentieth-century visual languages into vivid new form.
Like artists such as Alistair Frost or Richard Aldrich, Dacey’s wide array of styles and techniques attest to a constant exploration of the act and potential of painting.
